Refund Policy

At EQL THREADS, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we are here to help with any issues regarding returns and refunds. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and how to initiate a refund.

1. Returns Eligibility

1.1. Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date to be eligible for a refund.
1.2. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with original tags and packaging intact.
1.3. Items such as gift cards, final sale items, or personalized/customized items are non-refundable.

2. Return Process

2.1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at theeqlthreads@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2.2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error in your order.

3. Refunds

3.1. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3.2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
3.3. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

4.1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
4.2. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
4.3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at theeqlthreads@gmail.com.

5. Exchanges

5.1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at theeqlthreads@gmail.com.
5.2. Exchanges must also be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item.

6. Sale Items

6.1. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

7.1. If your item was incorrect or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.
7.2. For other returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.
