1. What sizes do you offer?

We offer a wide range of sizes to ensure inclusivity and comfort for all body types. Our sizes typically range from XS to XL. 

2. How do I care for my EQL THREADS clothing?

For best results and longevity, we recommend to protect the magnetic closures, stick the magnets together and turn the garment inside out before washing. Place in garment bag. Be sure to check individual garment labels for specific care instructions. Avoid using bleach and fabric softeners.

3. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. 

4. How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 5-7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options for faster delivery. Please visit our shipping policy for more information.

5. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

7. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
