Shipping Policy

Order processing
Orders ship within 1–2 business days (weekends and holidays excluded). You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order leaves us.

US shipping rates
Two options, flat rates — no surprises at checkout:

• Economy — arrives 5–8 business days after shipment. FREE on orders $150 and up, $7.95 on orders under $150.
• Standard — arrives 3–5 business days after shipment. $9.95 on all orders.

Delivery times count from the day your order ships, not the day you place it.

Where we ship from
All orders ship from Dublin, California.

Delivery issues
Please double-check your address at checkout — we can't reroute orders once they've shipped. If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us and we'll help trace it.
